Service Bulletin 1984: This is an improved latch for the luggage compartment lock that has been introduced on Silver Spirit models.
It has been found that the design of the lock in it's original form does not provide complete closer due to the claw being distorted with closing the lid.
This kit improves the features by providing a deeper engagement for the striker, a more engagement when closing the lid.
