This is the ice warning sensor that sits behind the radiator grille. 1977-1980 (From VIN 30001 to 42000)     

This is the outside temperature sensor.  1981-1987  Spirit, Spur, Mulsanne (VIN 1001 to 16970)

This clip is used with the ammeter shunt & the temperature sensor. 1980-1995 Continental, Corniche, Eight, Mulsanne, Spirit, Spur & Turbo
