This is a new wheel cylinder for early 1946-1950 (Before GT series VIN) models.  There are 2 required per car and sold separately. 1946-1950 models (Before GT Series) 

This seal sits between wheel cylinders (RG7059 & RG7060) and the front backplate. 1950-1955  Late GT Models onwards

This is a Rear Wheel Cylinder Piston.  1959-1965 Cloud II, III & Bentley S2, S3, Phantom V
