This is the plain shock damper rubber.  There is one on the top of each Front shock / damper and there is one on the top and bottom of the rear shock / damper on All Shadow and T-series...

Front shock kit (Bilstein) give a much better ride than the original (Boge) shock damper.  They are recommended by Harvey Bailey Engineering to be fitted alongside their handling packages...
