All cars from 1959 through 1997 were originally fitted with these cork rocker cover gaskets.  From 1998 all V8 engine models were fitted with rubber gaskets (UV11305PAP) which can be retro-fitted to all earlier models as long as new isolators...

This is the original style triangle paper gasket. It is fitted to the end of the cylinder head.  Note: 2 Per Car (Sold Each)  RPI offers the plastic style see part number UE75131 / 07V103771. The part number has been superseded several times...
