In 1981, Bentley brought out a modification kit to address reports of coming fans coming loose on SY models from 1977. Not unavailable new, this is a good used fan drive modification kit. Originally the fan was fixed with a flange and bolt, which could loosen over time and cause the engine to overheat when the fan detached. The modification introduced a two piece interlocking design that was a lot more secure.
The kit consists of:

-RH9649U Extension Piece
-UA206ZU Bolton Piece
-UA206Z Bolt
