Worked great! I did get some that were from a bad batch or something, they were brittle, and crumbled. But Replacement Parts replaced them (hah hah) with good ones. I used Murhpy's Oil Soap to lube them and help them get into place (any liquid soap would likely do). Now my flaps and actuators dance to the right beat, cabin cool, mom happy, everyone is happy.

Original grommets were gone, probably dried up and turned to crumbles. These replacements worked just fine, popped right in.
