This is the main internal water pump seal.  It is used in all pumps starting with the Silver Cloud II and S2 and last used on UE41094 which was fitted to the Shadow II and early Spirit.

UE5352NF is a modern single-piece rotary shaft seal, and a replacement for both the original seal UE5352 and cover CK3859. It has been specially designed for the Prestige Parts range and for Rolls-Royce and Bentley applications. 

The original seal was prone to failure, caused by friction between the ceramic face of the seal and the collar on the bearing, most particularly when the vehicle experiences sporadic usage. 

It should be fitted with Loctite 242 or Loctite 243 Threadlocker adhesive.

We only recommend buying this seal only if you are familiar with rebuilding your pump!  If not buy the new or rebuilt water pumps already done!
