This is an aluminum washer. It has a number of applications including:
1. For the radiator steam escape valve (MKVI)
2. Fuel filter outlet union (1945 to 1965)
3. Filler plug on front shock absorber (MkVI)
4. On the S2 and S3 it is the washer for the smaller core plug on the front of each cylinder head.
