This is the front stabilizer for the front anti-roll bar. 

This is the main D bush for the front anti-roll bar on all cars from 1945 to 1968.
On the MkVI and R Type models there are 2 bushings per bar.
On the S Type and Silver Cloud models there are 3 bushings per bar.

Please be aware that these rubbers are fitted under extreme pressure. In order to achieve this the rubber is made larger than the its keeper parts and shorter in width. It is recommended that you use a jack under the U shaped keeper plate and temporarily use two longer setscrews to pull the rubber into location.
