This is the plain shock damper rubber.  There is one on the top of each Front shock / damper and there is one on the top and bottom of the rear shock / damper on All Shadow and T-series...

Rear shock kit (Bilstein) gives a much better ride than the original Bosch shock damper.   Includes mounting rubbers. 1966-1980 Silver Shadow, Shadow II, T-1, T-2
