This is the oval 9 hole gasket for the rear of the crankcase on the later 4.25 litre and the early 4.5 litre engine (upto VIN B209SP approx) cars with three coolant covers on the side of the crankcase.
Early cars with just two side covers do not require this gasket as the rear cover is round and accepts gasket RH12791.
Later 4.5 litre models take the 6 hole gaskets RH12902
